In this week's digital futures seminar, Richard shares with us his ideas on how to build exciting digital learning products in a traditional print company

Richard Knight's bio

Richard is a digital strategy consultant at Pearson trying to change traditional print centric culture from the inside. He is an art college and advertising refugee who stumbled into conceptualising digital products back in 1996 as he was the only one who understood html at the time. Since then he's been involved in some of Pearson's most innovative educational product developments and is called on to help shape and prototype new initiatives. He will talk about the work he's been doing directly with schools and why fixed layout print design is evil and also he will be running a mini hack where we will hopefully solve the classroom of the future.
